Cynosure Realty was founded in Wuye, Abuja, with a clear and uncomfortable observation: too many people were losing money, time, and trust to opaque transactions, fake titles, and developers who disappeared after taking deposits.

Our founders set out to build something different — a company where every transaction is anchored in verified documentation, where clients are walked through every step with full transparency, and where the relationship doesn't end at the point of sale. That philosophy has guided every project, every team hire, and every client interaction since day one.

Today, Cynosure Realty manages active developments across Abuja's highest-growth corridors — from the family-friendly estates of Life Camp to the grand ambition of Golf City in Katampe Extension. We have helped hundreds of clients — from first-time buyers to diaspora investors — secure property with confidence and clarity.

Documentation Review

Before any money moves, we place all title documents and AGIS verification records in your hands for independent legal review. No exceptions.

Site Inspection

We take every client to see the land in person. Our team arranges guided site visits with full context on boundaries, neighbours, and development plans.

Subscription & Payment Plan

Once you're satisfied, we structure a payment plan that fits your finances. Initial deposit secures your plot; balance paid over an agreed schedule.

Allocation & Title Processing

Your allocation letter is issued at subscription. Title processing begins per FCDA timelines, with regular progress updates throughout.

After-Sales Support

We remain your point of contact long after the transaction closes — for title queries, development updates, resale guidance, and anything in between.
